Founded in 1989, over 10,000 disabled children and their families have received help from this centre during this time. CCP specialises in early diagnosis and intervention programmes for children with special needs, the ultimate aim is successful integration into society and if possible, future employment.
CCP uses the latest therapeutic treatment methods in all areas of its work, they also provide specialist legal assistance to families to ensure that they are fully aware of their rights, as carers of disabled children.
The centre is committed to sharing information and expertise, they regularly organise seminars and training days for carers and professionals, some of whom travel from distant parts of Russia.
CCP is dedicated to raising awareness about children with special needs and to breaking down the barriers of intolerance within Russian society.
Other ARC Projects

ARC is funding the construction of a further wing at this Tuberculosis Sanatorium, which will treat very small children aged 12 months to 3 years.
