Our projects

All of the ARC-supported projects have been chosen with great care.

All of these Russian initiatives seek to improve the lives of disabled and underprivileged young people and their families through the provision of education, physiotherapy and psychological therapeutic methods.

Projects

Good Deeds Initiative

Director: Lydia Nikolaeva, ekozlova2000@mail.ru

GDI works with disabled and underprivileged children and young people in the Chetanovo district of Moscow. They provide support to very low income families in an attempt to reduce the number of ‘social orphans’ who enter the State care system. GDI provides developmental tuition and activities, as well as providing access to psychologists and legal assistance.

They focus upon educating their students to live healthy lives, have an appreciation of culture, work towards improving family relationships, raise levels of self-esteem and to maintain a positive outlook on life.
